Rodinia Partners with ViVA to Implement Next-Generation Land Admin System

MEXICO CITY, June 14, 2019, (INTERNATIONAL NEWS) – Rodinia Professional Services S.A. has partnered with ViVA International (Arlington, VA) to offer implementation and support services for next-generation land and property administration systems.  Their first project is assisting Medici Land Governance (Salt Lake City, UT) ), a wholly owned subsidiary of Overstock.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSTK),  install and operate its land administration system for the municipality of Tulum (Quintana Roo).  Rodinia and ViVA’s support will include establishment of a project and accounting office and management of local implementation activities, including property and cartographic surveying.

 

MLG’s innovative blockchain-based land data system ensures 100% security, efficiency, and accuracy in land records administration.  Tulum will be the first such installation in Latin America.  Mayor Victor Mas Tah has previously praised MLG for initiating this next stage of land records digitization in Tulum.
